Document Description
The proposed project would include the construction of a 3,800-square foot (sf) three-story single-family residence with an attached three-car garage. The project would include a series of retaining walls to create yard areas on the project site as well as a fire apparatus turnaround for emergency vehicles. Access to the project site would be provided by Oddstad Way, a mostly undeveloped public right-of-way, which would be extended approximately 360 feet from the existing terminus west of the site. The proposed project would also involve removal of approximately 39 trees, including three heritage trees within the public right-of-way, and would require various underground utility improvements and implementation of stormwater control measures. The project would include construction of a new stormwater outfall pipe connected through the headwall of an existing concrete box culvert at Rockaway Creek.
