The project includes: A new class I multi-use path on the east side of Hwy 1 between N. Main Street and Sprindrift Way; new 4-way traffic signal at Terrace Avenue; westside Frontage Rd will be extended southward to terrace Ave; hwy 1 northbound will be widened from two to four lanes, from Silver Avenue to 600 feet orth of Terrace Ave; new dedicated receiving lane on Southbound Hwy 1 for traffic turning left from Grandview Blvd; existing intersection of Hwy 1 and Grandview Blvd will be eliminated; Beleville Blvd will be restricted to a right in - right out "T" intersection; and highway median and strips adjacent to multi-use path will be landscaped.
