The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-0857-R1, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code, to the project Applicant, David Melendrez, representing the California Department of Transportation. The project proposes to replace or rehabilitate eight deteriorating culverts from PMs 10.10 to 36.27 and improve fish passage through the Griffin Creek culvert (PM 31.31) on US 199 in Del Norte County.
