Caltrans proposes to replace or rehabilitate deteriorating culverts (from PM 6.55-36.27) and improve fish passage through Griffin Creek culvert (PM 31.31) on Route 199 in Del Norte County. The project is needed b/c the deficient drainage facilities are compromising the structural integrity of the roadway and preventing up stream fish migration at the Griffin Creek culvert crossing.
