Construction of a new speculative light industrial building with approx 40,085 sf of floor area which includes approx 38,020 sf of warehouse space and 2,065 sf of office space. Primary access would be provided from a new driveway on Devin Rd. Access would also be provided through the site to south via a shared internal drive aisle. On-site parking for 58 vehicles and landscaping are also included with the proposal. The project will connect to municipal water and sewer services provided by the City of American Canyon and the Napa Sanitation District, respectively.
