The project involves retrofitting the existing building on the project site and converting it into a commercial cannabis microbusiness facility. The cannabis facility would include space for indoor cannabis cultivation, distribution of cannabis products, and a retail dispensary. There would be no cannabis extraction or manufacturing operations conducted in the facility. The proposed project includes interior renovations, trenching for utility connection, and installation of a six-ft tall wrought iron fence around the perimeter with a split face concrete block wall on the project site's eastern frontage. The proposed project would provide approx 30 on-site parking spaces. The proposed parking lot layout has designated spaces for a secure vehicle loading area, employee parking, and member parking.
