Coastal development permit (CDP) and Site development permit (SDP) for a proposed 214 sf addition to the main level and a 3,488 sf second story addition to an existing residential single dwelling unit with existing detached garages. In addition, 47 sf would be removed from the existing north garage with a proposed 359 sf office constructed behind. An additional 309 sf would be added to the existing south garage. There would be a total of 4,370 sf of new construction for a total of 11,731 sf. Existing landscaping and pool would remain. The existing 440 sf basement would remain. No development regulation deviations are proposed.
