Document Description
Construct two 192-foot diameter roundabouts at the southbound ramp and northbound ramp intersections. The existing northbound loop on-ramp would be eliminated, and a new northbound slip on-ramp would be constructed. The profile of the existing Avenue 280 overcrossing structure would also be raised to correct non-standard vertical clearance and would be widened with a new structure. The Mid-Valley overhead structure would also be replaced. Caldwell Avenue would be widened to 4-lane configuration at the vicinity of the roundabouts, in Tulare County.
