Document Description
Reconstruct the SR 99/Avenue 280 interchange in Tulare County, west of the City of Visalia. The project is needed to improve safety and operations. Two build alternatives are being considered. Improvements would include on/off ramp improvements, bridge replacement, frontage road relocation, pedestrian improvements, ditch crossing modifications, ROW acquisition.
