Note: Review Per Lead The proposed project would accommodate approx 17,500 sf of commercial space and 249 residential units on the 12.75-acre site. Conceptual site plans for the site reflect the development of 15 three-story residential buildings and four three-story mixed-use buildings. Other project components include an indoor/outdoor clubhouse, a pool and outdoor recreational space, a landscape buffer zone/water collection basin located between the mixed-use and residential buildings, and access modifications, including widening of the existing crossing of Acacia Creek along the western portion of the project site, and construction of a new creek crossing over Orcutt Creek along the southeastern portion of the project site.
