Document Description
The Desert Highway Farms, LLC Project is composed of a GPA, conditional Zone Change, Tract Map and CUP on a parcel that totals approx 320 acres. The applicant intends to subdivide the parcel into 8 +/-42 acre lots and develop a facility for the indoor cultivation of cannabis on one of those lots. The applicant intends to change the LUD from "Agricultural" to "Industrial," and rezone from A-2 to M-1. The CUP if the cultivation of cannabis, subject to Imperial County Title 9 Land use ordinance division 4 chapter 6.
