Document Description
Caltrans, District 12, in cooperation with Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) is proposing to improve traffic operations on State Route 91, between PM 4.7 and PM R11.4, SR-57 from PM 15.5 to PM16.2 and SR-55 from PM 17.4 to PM R17.9. Proposed improvements intend to reduce traffic congestion along SR-91 and increase vehicle capacity.
