K4 Warehouse and Cactus Channel Improvements Project
NOP - Notice of Preparation of a Draft EIR
The proposed project is collectively involves the development of the five(5) parcels on approx. 35.4-acre site with 718,000 square foot building and the installation of a box culvert with the Cactus Channel. The proposed site plan for development on the K4 Parcel includes a proposed e-commerce/fulfillment center, which is the most intense use that could operate on the Project site.
