Submission of CEQA compliance ND per the California Bureau of Cannabis Control authored regulations for microbusiness under the CA Code of Regulations Title 16, Division 42, pursuant to the Medicinal and Adult-Use Cannabis Regulation and Safety Act. All applicants will be required to adhere to these regulations to receive a license to distribute, sell, or test cannabis goods or to operate a cannabis microbusiness.
