The request also includes: 2) change in zone classification from R-2 to C-2 on 6.938 gross acres and C-2 to R-2 on 6.938 gross acres, or a more restrictive district. The project is a swap of 6.938 gross acres of previously entitled limited multi-family residential to regional commercial and the same acreage of regional commercial to limited multi-family residential.
