The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed an amendment for Incidental Take Permit 2081-2019-027-06 for the project Applicant, Inyo County. The amendment for ITP 2081-2019-027-06 will not increase acres of impacts to the Covered Species. The amendment extends the original ITP’s expiration date to take the Covered Species by an additional year, to expire on December 31, 2025 instead of the original expiration date of December 31, 2024.
