Document Description
UC Riverside proposes to create a centralized multi-modal bus transit center known as the Mobility Hub at the terminus of University Ave at Canyon Crest Dr, and expand and enhance pedestrian and bicycle networks to address current and future campus transportation needs. The proposed project involves approx. 7 acres of public realm improvements that will enhance public transportation access and create safe pedestrian and bike circulation along key north-south and east-west corridors. The proposed project includes a minor amendment (Amendment #4) to the River side 2005 LRDP to modify the land use designation for approx. 2.5 acres of the approx. 7-acre project site from Open Space to Campus Support.
