Document Description
A CUP to construct a 54,366 sf retail development and to allow the sale of beer and wine on 11.6 gross acres. A total of 300 parking spaces including 14 accessible (handicap) parking spaces will be provided. All drive aisles will be a min of 26 ft wide. A total of 11.5% of landscaping is provided. Street improvements, including curb, gutter, and sidewalk will be constructed along the project frontage on Bear Valley Rd. An underground infiltration system will be designed to detain and infiltrate storm water run-off. The project will extend a water line to the west and connect to an existing 12-in water line on Bear Valley and Jacaranda Ave. The project will connect to a county sewer line to the north.
