Document Description
To allow for the recordation and development of a 110-ft senior citizen (55+) single-family residential planned unit development (tentative tract map 20131). The proposed project will encompass approx 20 gross acres and be comprised of minimum lot sizes of 3445 sf, community facilities including a clubhouse, pool, open space, park areas and an enhanced detention basin with landscaping and benches. Further, the proposed development will include streets constructed to local roadway standards and include curb, gutter, sidewalk, street lighting and landscape areas within the public ROW. Based on the proposed lot count the project will have an approx density of 5.5 units per acre.
