Document Description
CDFW has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2018-0147-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Butte County Public Works. The project is limited to the reconstruction of Centerville Road in two locations (Site A and Site B) which are approx. 300 feet apart. Site A consists of realigning approx. 275 ft. of roadway further away from the creek and cutting into the uphill slope. The new roadway cross section will include a drainage ditch, two 11-foot lanes, a 2-foot right shoulder and approx. 175 feet of guardrail. The road side fence will be relocated. The work will not require any work within the creek channel. Site B consists of constructing approx. 80 feet of soldier pile wall and possibly gabion basket end closures, replacing the existing 18-inch culvert, reconstructing the road to its original configuration (approx. 22 feet wide), constructing uphill drainage improvements, and installing guardrail along the length of the wall. The work would not require any work within the creek channel.
