Document Description
Issue a ROE permit to Caltrans to remove an abandoned well borehole between Highway 89 and the bike path at Ed Z'berg Sugar Pine Point State park. All work conducted in association with the ROE will comply with all State and Federal environmental laws, including but not limited to the Endangered Species Act, CEQA, and Section 5024 of the Public Resource Code. All work will be in coordination with State Park Environmental Scientist and Archaeologist. Work will occur outside of raptor and bird nesting season. Work will not occur during moderate or heavy rain and must be between May 1 and October 15 (TRPA grading season).
