Document Description
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) proposes a project to repair nine (9) bridges throughout Alpine, Amador, and Tuolumne Counties. The scope of work varies at each bridge and can include: joint seal replacments, polyester concrete overlay, approach slab replacements, roadway conforming taper, guardrail replacmenets, erosion correction, and/or asphaltic plug joint seal replacements. All work will be conducted within existing Caltrans right of way (ROW). The purpose of this project is to repair failing sections of the bridges. The Project is needed to maintain motorist safety and bridge functionality.
