CDFW has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement No.1600-2018-0173-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Blackhawk Country Club, as represented by Kevin Dunne
The project includes routine maintenance activities to remove up to 1,700 cubic yards of silt annually, up to a total cumulative volume of 8500 cubic yards over five years. Silt has accumulated in the roughly 1.6-acre dual-purpose detention Pond 11 over the past 40 years from the upper watershed of the West Branch Alamo Creek and has reduced the designed detention capacity.
