As maintenance applicant will remove the tops of ten (10) existing normally 14-inch outer diameter wooden piles and cover them with 14-in inner diameter steel piles. Project is subject to the applicant's satisfactory compliance with all of the terms and conditions associated with permits from all other agencies with jurisdiction.

As lead agency, City has determined that the work is categorically exempt from the application of CEQA in as much as it will involve replacement of existing structures where the new structures will be located in the same locations as the structures replaced, will have the same purpose and capacity as the structures replaced, and will not alter the capacity or use of the facility. Project will result in minimal increase in fill.
