Document Description
The CDFW has executed Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2018-0510-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Weaverville Sanitary District.
Re-establishing conveyance under an existing sewer-line that has been impacted by a debris jam and created a grade change of the stream channel. The project will redistribute accumulated gravels to maintain clearance under the pipe.

Reasons for Exemption
The subject sewer line is an existing facility, but the project will have no impact on the pipeline itself. The stream channel will not be enlarged or otherwise permanently altered by restoring the channel capacity under the pipeline by removing debris and accumulated sediment. Maintenance of this reach will occur during the time of the year to avoid impacts to aquatic species.
