- The CDFW has executed Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2018-0510-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Weaverville Sanitary District. Re-establishing conveyance under an existing sewer-line that has been impacted by a debris jam and created a grade change of the stream channel. The project will redistribute accumulated gravels to maintain clearance under the pipe.
