Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2018-0210-R5, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the Western Los Angeles County Council, BSA. Project activities shall consist of minimal grading to create pads for the foundation construction of 14 relocated cabins, as well as the installation of upland retaining walls leading to four energy dissipaters within the stream that control roof runoff from the relocated cabins. The cabin relocation will generally move the cabins further from the stream than they are currently placed. The grading for five of these cabins will be adjacent to but not located within the stream. Upland retaining walls adjacent to the relocated cabins will be constructed to direct roof runoff to energy dissipaters located on the bank of the stream. Four energy dissipaters will be needed for this project.
