Document Description
The purpose of this Project is to improve drainage systems and reduce erosion to protect SR 254. The project is needed because the culverts are deteriorating resulting in insufficient drainage capacity causing roadway flooding and embankment erosion which will lead to the roadway failure. The final goal of the project is to replace seven culverts to protect SR 254 from road failure.
