Document Description
The purpose of the project will minimize the frequency and duration of highway worker exposure to traffic by providing safe access and features to reduce work exposure from traveled way. The need for the project comes from the lack of proper maintenance access and routine maintenance activities at outdated roadside faciliies within project limits exposing maintenance workers to unsafe traffic conditions.
