Document Description
The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) is a Responsible Agency for the Project. The State Water Board’s Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (SRF) Program is financing the Project. The Project includes replacing the existing deteriorated water storage tank with a new 127,000-gallon storage tank, rehabilitating two existing groundwater wells, and installing new booster pumps, hydropneumatics tanks, a fire flow pump and new control system will with an auto-dialer type alarm system. The backup power system will include an emergency generator, switchgear, batteries, and battery chargers.

The Project involves operation, repair, maintenance or minor alteration of existing structures or facilities not expanding existing uses, replacement or reconstruction of existing structures or facilities on the same site having substantially the same purpose and capacity, and minor alterations of the land that do not affect sensitive receptors.
