Document Description
CRPC proposes to install two 4 inch fiber spar production lines from the existing Dulcich Facilities to the Rio Viejo Facilities to support production from new wells drilled in the Dulcich area. A 3-inch has line will also be installed from the Rio Viejo Facility to 81X Rio Viejo Well pad. Two routes are proposed for the production lines (refer to site map). All activities will occur in Tier 2 areas and located within existing, previously disturbed areas, no new disturbance. All three lines will require a bore crossing beneath Old River Road; a Kern County Road Encroachment Permit will be submitted for the bore crossing. All pipelines will be buried. Staging and equipment storage will occur at the Dulcich and Rio Viejo Facilities. See project description for full details. Multiple surface owners, see site map (page 2).
