Document Description
Caltrans proposes to remove and replace failed pavements on Fre-33 near Firebaugh. Failed pavement has created loose debris and widespread potholing due to continued water saturation of the base materials. The pavement is deteriorating much faster than repairs can be made, and the extent of the failures are now beyond.
