Document Description
The applicant proposes to install an aerial guy wire across State Route 99 in Tehama County at post mile 19.0. The guy wire would extend from an existing utility pole west of the highway to an existing joint pole east of the highway. In addition, a new anchor would be installed between the existing joint pole and the existing anchor. The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will issue an encroachment permit (02-180-6-UC-0369) to allow the proposed improvements to occur within the right-of-way of State Route 99.
