Document Description
The proposed project will consist of interior lighting retrofit of existing inefficient lights with more energy-efficient LED lighting including a mix of bulb replacements and fixture retrofits using LED retrofit kits. Exterior lighting upgrade includes upgrade of retrofitting existing site level HID fixtures with LED lamps, building-attached existing mercury vapor or HPS lamps be replaced with equivalent LED lamps or new LED fixtures. The proposed project will also replace AC-7 and AC-11 with new higher efficiency mini-split systems. It would furnish and install two each new mini split heat pumps of equal cooling and heating capacity. The proposed project will also remove existing supply and return-air ductwork in wings A and B. New insulated flex ducts will be installed. This proposed project will assist in meeting the State's energy efficiency goals.
