Document Description
The proposed project will include interior lighting upgrades. Lighting will be retrofitted with energy-efficient LEDs and existing fixtures will have lamps replaced with direct-fit LED lamps or be retrofitted with LED retrofit kits. It will also include a new motion sensing system for dormitories and would involve an occupancy sensor wired to the LED system controller/driver. The proposed project will also include exterior lighting upgrades. There will be a lighting retrofit with energy-efficient LED lighting. Existing fixtures will have lamps replaced with direct-fit LED lamps, be retrofitted with LED retrofit kits or be completely replaced with an LED equivalent fixture. The proposed project will also include installation of eight new 75W solar power LED street lights. Replace, repair and upgrade Air Handling Units. The proposed project will also install three new variable frequency drives (VFDs) (ABB or approved equal). The proposed project will also retro commission HVAC units to run more efficiently. The proposed project will also place domestic hot water pumps under BAS control using Solidyne systems currently located at the following buildings: Speech therapy, Infirmary, MAC, and the Social Hall. This proposed project will assist in meeting the State's energy efficiency goals.
