Document Description
DWR will conduct an emergency repair of the underground pipeline after breaks in the pipe were discovered, compromising the integrity of the pipe in two separate sections, located near the terminal tank. The repair will consist of encasing the two compromised pipe sections, about 16 feet. The encasement alternative meets design requirements to structurally stabilize the pipe and meet the pipeline outage schedule.
