Last MIT survey was done on 05-30-2013. Pick up depth was 12,907', Bottom lowest perf is 12,970'. Permit rescinded on 9-28-2015 due to enecomoical to fix hole in tubing based on well notes. Rig less, Conduct PreSAPT. If Pre SAPT pass, finish surface work and RTI. Conduct SAPT witness by DOGGR. RTI, MIT survey and maintenance acid. If Pre SAPT fails, Un set 2 packers and POOH tubing and packers. Clean to 12,975'. RUH with scraper. RIH with tubing and packers as per original wellbore configuration. Conduct PreSAPT, release rig. Conduct DOGGR SAPT. maintenance acid, RTI and conduct MIT survey. Additional downhole work may be conducted as approved by DOGGR.
