Document Description
The proposed project consists of various improvements to modernize the Pacific Beach Middle School campus. The Proposed project includes low voltage improvements throughout the existing site, minor food service upgrades, exterior concrete paving replacement, landscaping and irrigation improvements, and modifications to perimeter security fencing/gates. New heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems would also be added to several classrooms, the auditorium, main distribution frame room, and administration offices. Additionally, the Proposed Project includes the construction of a new two-story, 26-classroom building and the addition of three classrooms in the media center of the Library Building on the school site.
