Document Description
The MWC proposed to construct Well 42 to replace the existing Well 7R, due to the reduced water level. Well 42 connects with the Yuima Municipal water system and uses existing tanks for storage. The Well 42 drill-site was used as the Project staging area. Well 42 is located approxiamately one-mile southeast of Well 7R and has substantially the same capacity as the existing well. The MWC plans to designate Well 7R inactive and will remove the drive system which runs the well, but keep the level transducer and associated electronics and radio system to collect data on the static water level.
