- The Project includes the annexation of Santiago Island Village (SIV) into the Diablo Water District and a Central Valley Project inclusion review by the United States Bureau of Reclamation. Approximately 100 feet of four-inch PVC mainline will be installed from the SIV property line to the Applicant’s point of connection at an existing Delta Coves waterline. A trench approximately 18 inches wide by three feet deep will be dug for the Project but will be backfilled with the trench spoils and compacted.
