Document Description
The project involves conducting routine trail maintenance at the Cactus Flat, Baldy Mesa, and Miller OHV areas. Work includes installing tock to harden stream crossings and purchasing and installing trail limiters. The project also includes route enforcement monitoring on 57 miles of trail and 169 miles of green sticker routes, maintenance on 169 miles of green sticker routes, repair of 32 miles of highly eroded green sticker roads, purchase and installation of DVRs, carsonite signage, maps, and maintaining and repairing fencing and rock barriers. Facilities operation and repair includes cleaning, restocking, trash removal, painting, repair of buildings, restrooms, loading ramps, shade structures, picnic tables and signs, provide staff and materials to manage 5 work centers. Project also funds the habitat management program and soil conservation plan.
