Document Description
SoCalGas proposes to cover over two exposed sections of existing natural gas transmission pipeline (Line 3000). The maintenance is necessary for the SoCalGas to continue providing the public with gas supplies and to prevent erosion around the pipelines. The benefits to the project include increased protection of gas lines.

The exception of CEQA's exemptions, stipulated under Section 15300.2 of the State CEQA Guidelines, have been reviewed and do not apply to the proposed project.
