Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2018-0411-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Mr. Brent Knapek.
The project is limited to one encroachment. This encroachment is to upgrade an existing ford crossing to a bridge. Work for this encroachment will include excavation, installation of abutments and bridge platforms, backfilling and compaction of fill, removal of concrete apron, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion.

The project proposes to upgrade, use and maintain an existing stream crossing on a private road that will reduce potential impacts on public trust resources. There would be no significsnt adverse impact on endangered, rare, or threatened species or their habitat pursuant to section 15065. There are no hazardous materials at or around the project site that may be disturbed or removed. The project will not result in impacts that are significant when viewed in connection with the effects of past projects, the effects of other current projects, and the effects of probably future projects.
