Document Description
Conduct field sampling for a Total Maximum Daily Load Special Study to compile a list of septic systems that are contributing substantive nutrient loads to the Ventura River and its tributaries. Results will assist the VC EHD in developing a Prescriptive Plan to reduce nutrient pollution attributable to septic systems in the area.
