Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2018-0125-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Theodore Schuman.
The project is limited to replacement of an existing boat hoist on the pier with a new boat lift, removal of five (5) 4x4 inch fender pilings and driving of a new 10 3/4 inch steel pipe piling to support a new adjustable catwalk. The work is proposed to be conducted from the lake via a mobile, self-contained barge.

This is a very small project in which five pilings on a single pier will be removed and replaced by a single steel piling within the same footprint of the pier. All other work will be outside of the water and take place on the pier itself.
