CDFW has executed Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1660-2018-0249-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Martin Brother.
The project is limited to use of a long reach excavator to remove and side cast accumulated sediment and non-native invasive vegetation from the dry bed of Walker Creek that could result in flooding from storm flows during the upcoming rainy season.
