The proposed project involves reworking six existing wells in a highly developed existing oil field. The drilling operations will result in only minor alterations to an already densely-developed oil field with negligible impacts to the existing condition of the land. The Division has determined that the project is categorically exempt from CEQA under the Class 1 (14 CCR 15301)
