- The project includes: a minor subdivision to merge the project site’s five existing parcels into one parcel including associated variance and exception; a General Plan Amendment to change the project site’s land use designation from Multiple-Family Residential-Very High Density (MV) to Multiple-Family Residential-Very High Special Density (MS); a rezoning of the project site from Single-Family Residential (R-15) and Planned Unit District (P-1) to Planned Unit District (P-1); and Preliminary and Final Development Plans to allow the construction of a 284-unit apartment development, including the associated tree removal program. The project would provide 36 affordable units and includes a requested density bonus.
