Note: Extended Review Per Lead The Former Vallejo Manufactured Gas Plant site is located in the city of Vallejo and is comprised of two operable units. Operable unit 1 consists of approx 26 acres of city owned property located on the southwest side of the intersection of Curtola Parkway and Sonoma Blvd. Operable unit 2 consists of two properties totaling approx 0.67 acres on the north side of Curtola Parkway (226 and 240 Curtola Parkway). Both properties are privately owned and currently leased by PG&E.
