Document Description
The 1335 Adobe Drive Project includes development of three two- to three-story townhome buildings with a total of 7 units on a 0.43-acre parcel located in the city of Pacifica, CA. The first building would be 2,200 sf containing two units; the second building would be 1,150 sf containing one unit; and the third building would be 4,425 sf containing four units. Vehicle parking would be provided in the form of attached garages and an uncovered surface parking lot. The project would include the approval of a tentative subdivision map to create a townhome common interest development.
