The project applicant, Windsor Mill Community, LLC, is proposing to develop 360 condos on the project site. The units would be allocated among 22 multi-story buildings. The proposed project would be accessed from an extension of Bell Road. The project would provide amenities including a pool, spa, fitness center, and club room. A through-street extension of Bell Rd and a new pedestrian bridge connection from the project site to Windsor Creek ES would also be included as part of the project.
